It was a great privilege to see so many outstanding members of the Euroa Electorate be recognised with the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) during the most recent Australia Day Honour’s List.
I want to congratulate Ray Cronin for his service to aviation, Vivienne Drew for her service to gliding in Benalla, Sally Gamble of Benalla for her service to the local community and education, Dr Andrew James Hogan for his service to the Seymour community, and Michael Tehan for his service to the Goulburn Valley community.
All of you are incredibly deserving recipients of this prestigious recognition, congratulations.
I also wanted to extend congratulations to everyone recognised with community awards across the region over the Australia Day period.
It was a pleasure attending so many of our local events on Australia Day and I look forward to seeing more of our incredible community be recognised with more awards in the future.
