The Nationals’ Member for Euroa, Annabelle Cleeland, is calling on young people across the region to apply for the Young Regional Leaders Program, an exciting opportunity to experience the Victorian Parliament and the political process firsthand.
“If you are passionate about making a difference in your community and want to see how decisions that shape our towns and regions are made, this program is for you,” Ms Cleeland said.
“This program gives young people from regional Victoria the chance to step inside Parliament, work directly with political leaders, and contribute to real policy discussions.
“It’s not just about watching from the sidelines – you’ll gain hands-on experience in public policy, political strategy, and grassroots advocacy, all while being mentored by leaders who are committed to seeing regional voices heard at the highest levels.”
The program is open to young people aged 18 to 25 who live in the Euroa electorate or have strong ties to the region.
Whether your interests lie in infrastructure, education, or community development, the program offers a chance to make your voice heard and contribute to shaping the future of regional Victoria.
“I can’t wait to see the next generation of regional leaders here at Parliament, standing right where I am today, making a real difference,” Ms Cleeland said.
Applications are now open via an online form.
