The petition of the residents of Victoria draws attention to the need for a Public Secondary College in Kilmore to keep up with the population growth of the area and provide those living in Kilmore access to a Victorian Public Secondary College close to home.
The petitioners therefore request the Victorian State Government to fund and build a public secondary college in Kilmore.
