Letter to the editor – Making it easy for you to advocate for our local hospitals

Having spoken with concerned staff at our regional hospitals, it has become abundantly clear that this Government is failing to provide them with the support they deserve.

Like these staff, I do not want to see our local providers absorbed into a large network of hospitals that have no relevance to our community.

Our hospitals are a source of pride, a major employer, and ensure that locals receive high-quality treatment without traveling long distances.

Together with hospital staff, every member of our community can call on this government to protect our local hospitals.

To do so, there is a letter currently on my website that can be directly shared with the Health Minister in just a few clicks.
